Menstrual pads are made from breathable, but waterproof material (PUL). Absorbent layer contains 70 percent bamboo, 30 percent cotton. Washable at 60 degrees Celsium in washing mashine. 23 cm lenght, receomended for medium flow, 32 cm lenght recomended for heavy flow or night time.
